Balance is KEY to living a meaningful and joy filled life. Everyone is the actor, director and producer of their own journey forward.

As my info-graphic shows, THE TRIANGLE of BALANCE financially, physically/ psychologically and spiritually, and the awareness of its importance, is the 21st Century version of the Greek Golden Mean.

My mission is to help you learn, respect and live out a balanced existence to achieve day-to-day maximum satisfaction.

In the Triangle of Balance video Lila and Sam, in their excitement to make more and more money, got out of balance. They put profits before health and before a commitment to a cause greater than themselves.

Allen, married with 3 small children, dutifully fulfilled his research and teaching obligations at his university. He joined committees to please his colleagues. He did not know how to say no. Eventually his wife wandered, asked for a divorce and got shared custody of the children. Their finances suffered, as did their shared friendship circle and their physical and psychological health.

Brittini graduated from an Ivy League college with honors. After the grind of studying she wanted a good time. Party after party eventually put her medical tech job in jeopardy and exhausted her. She got fired and that further depressed her.

It also spurred her ambition to apply to medical school. Medical school is all consuming. She knew she had to change her ways if she was going to survive rigorous medical training.

Time management is fundamental to achieving balance. So is awareness of how you think, feel and deal with financial decisions and personal financial management.

My blogs will provide information and insights into your relationship to money to guide you on a fruitful, meaningful balanced journey.

Balance is not a matter of luck – it’s about learning who you are and confidently what you want!
